• We do not create child logins.

• We do not ask children to submit personal data directly.

• We do not request full addresses, dates of birth or ID numbers for children.

3. How we use the information

We use information solely to:

• Review and process nominations.

• Communicate with parents/guardians about possible highlights.

• Design and deliver football cards.

• Maintain limited records required for safeguarding and compliance.

4. Legal basis

Our legal basis for processing is:

• Consent (when you choose to submit information), and

• Legitimate interest in providing a positive recognition service for grassroots football, balanced with the rights of children.

5. Storage & security

Information is stored securely using SSL encryption provided by Cloudflare. At this website stage, data is hosted on servers located in Hong Kong. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure personal data is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection requirements.

6. Retention

• Nomination-related content: kept for no longer than 12 months unless safeguarding requires longer retention.

• Card-order content: kept only as long as needed for design, printing and after-care (normally 30–90 days).

7. Your rights

Parents/guardians may:

• Request access to their child’s information.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.

• Request deletion unless retention is legally required.
