Chat Do is built with a safeguarding-first approach for under-18s.

1. Parent-led content

All under-18 content is guided by parents/guardians. Children should be aware that their profiles and any performance-related information are managed and monitored by their parents/guardians for safeguarding purposes.

2. Coach responsibilities

Coaches who submit nominations must confirm they have parental permission for:

• Any players included, or

• Any images or clips attached to the submission.

3. Verification

If a team or player is selected for a highlight, Chat Do may contact a parent/guardian to confirm permission before anything is posted publicly.

4. What Chat Do will never do

• We do not create public login profiles for under-18s through this website.

• We do not allow public messaging or commenting from unknown users.

• We do not sell children’s personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

5. Reporting a concern

Parents, coaches or clubs may report concerns anytime via hello@chatdo.co.uk.
