1. About Chat Do

Chat Do is a recognition-led plaƞorm for UK grassroots football families.

This website provides coach nominations and personalised football card ordering.

2. Who may submit content

Chat Do provides safeguarding protections for all users under 18. For children under 16, all registrations and content submissions must be completed and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 16 must not submit information directly.

3. Use of submissions

By submiting a nomination or related information, you allow Chat Do to:

• Review the content, and

• Where appropriate, and after parental confirmation (if required), feature the content positively on our social channels or website.

4. Football card orders

Parents/guardians supply images and text for designing Chat Do® Player Cards.

They are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide the photos and information.

5. Prohibited content

You must not submit content that is:

• Abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or unlawful

• Infringing on another person’s rights

Images of children must only be provided with parental or guardian permission.

6. Removal or edits

Parents/guardians may request removal or correction of content at any time via hello@chatdo.co.uk.

7. Third-party submissions

Chat Do is not responsible for information submitted by parents, coaches or clubs but will remove any content that is unsafe or submitted without proper consent.

8. Updates to terms

We may update these terms to reflect safeguarding or legal guidance.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
